Bob Sr. is an American businessman and chairman of Castellini Co., a fruit and vegetable wholesaler. On January 19, 2006 he came the CEO of the Cincinnati Reds.

Bob and Deanna – Bob is a stockbroker and his wife Deanna is the founder of UGIVE.ORG a nonprofit organization that connects students to volunteer at all types of charitable causes. They met in New York while working on Wall Street.
