Close to 400 guests, including Senator Rob Portman (R-OH), enjoyed a perfect late summer evening garden party at Parkmour, the home of Doug and Beth Brendamour in Indian Hill for the 8th annual Bloom for Stepping Stones. The event raised a record $200,000 for the organization, which funds programs for people with disabilities.

Stepping Stones is a United Way partner agency serving close to 1,000 children and adults with disabilities annually. Programs are in Indian Hill and Batavia and include summer camps, year-round autism education and adult programs, weekend respites, preschool and Saturday Kids Club. Stepping Stones was founded in 1963 as Greater Cincinnati’s first summer camp for children with disabilities.
